Spacemaker Loft Ladder 302341. This loft ladder is part of the Spacemaker range and is made from aluminium and is ideally used occasionally in the home. It can fit openings as small as 457mm x 406mm. The standard domestic loft ladder is made of two section that slide past each other for use and storage. Featuring the Unique shoot bolt fastening for safety and easy use this ladder comes complete with all fittings and fitting instructions. Safe climbing is ensured by flat and wide treads designed with slip resistance in mind and the rubber feet stop your ladder slipping on the floor.

We are governed and adhere to, the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
