Who Can Buy From JT Atkinson?

Everyone is welcome to shop with JT Atkinson. You don't need an account to shop and orders can be placed online, over the phone or in one of our branches. 

If you shop regularly opening an account at JT Atkinson will give you exclusive offers and discounts , allow you to manage your account online and agree terms on products you buy often. Deliveries

Do JT Atkinson Deliver?

We certainly do! We have a fleet of delivery vehicles enabling us to deliver everything you need to your home or site. For items stocked at our branches we can deliver kerb side and for items stocked in our warehouse we can deliver these nationwide using trusted couriers.

Collections

Can I Click & Collect?

Need something fast? We offer a handy click and collect service. If you select your nearest branch on our website then you can browse products that are in stock and available in that branch and also opt to check nearby branches too. Once you have added your items to your trolley and completed the check out process we will email, call or text to let you know when your products are ready to be collected.

Returns & Refunds

Can I Return An Order?

Ordered the wrong item or no longer need what you ordered? We do accept and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging. Some items unfortunately cannot be returned such as powders or aggregates and items have that have been ordered in for you. Some branch items may be subject to a restocking charge.

JT Atkinson Accounts

How do I open an account?

We have a couple of different options for opening an account at JT Atkinson.

To shop online you can create a web account which will save your payment details and addresses so you can checkout more quickly.

For branch customers you can opt for a cash account or a credit account. A cash account takes minutes to set up, you'll still get access to exclusive prices, and you can pay as you go by cash or card. 

A credit account lets you buy materials and pay for them later by an agreed period, usually up to 30 days later. The terms and credit given to you will be agreed by our accounts team, once you have filled in a credit application either by downloading and completing our account application form or picking up one of our forms in your nearest branch. A credit account usually takes a few days to complete once we receive your application form.

Should your requirements change, get in touch with your local branch or our accounts team to discuss the options available when switching your account to another type.

To manage your payments, invoices and view your statements online you can apply to access our trade account portal by contacting our accounts team.
