Competition Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions: 

1. The “Your Chance To Win” promotion runs from 01/07/2024 until 31/08/2024. The promotion is open to UK residents (Excludes Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of JT Atkinson & Sons Ltd Limited (the Promoter). 

2. Entrants who have placed an order on www.jtatkinson.co.uk, whether a click and collect order or a delivered order will be considered and entered into the prize draw. You will receive one entry per order with a maximum one entry per day. Multiple entries are allowed over the course of the competition period outlined above.

Not placing an order - don't worry any new email newsletter subscribers will also be placed in the draw and you can also submit an entry with no purchase or email sign up necessary by emailing [email protected] with your full name and email address.

3. The prize draw will take place on Monday 2^nd September 2024. There are 12 prizes available to win and 12 winners will be drawn from the list of total entries. The winners will be contacted by email. 

4. The winners will be selected at random from all proper entries received by the closing date by the Marketing Manager whose decision shall be final. It is a condition of entry that the winner cooperates fully for publicity purposes if so required. If we are unable to contact the winner or do not hear from the winner within 14 days we reserve the right to redraw the winner of that prize.

5. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The 12 prizes for this promotion are:

6. JT Atkinson & Sons Ltd reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. An entrant’s personal data will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this Promotion.

8. JT Atkinson & Sons Ltd has the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.

9. JT Atkinson & Sons Ltd has the right to repurpose/reuse imagery submitted through the competition for social media content. In such instances, the original owner will be accredited.

1. The JT ATkinson Big Prize Giveaway promotion will run from 10^th June 2024 until 20^th July 2024.

      1.1 The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 excluding employees and their immediate families of JT Atkinson & Sons Ltd Limited (the Promoter).

2. Only participants who have spent over £100 Ex VAT in a single transaction in JT Atkinson Whitehaven, JT Atkinson Cockermouth or JT Atkinson Aspatria within the promotional period and provided their name, telephone number and email address will be entered into the competition. Maximum of 6 entries per account holder or individual per week.

3. Each of the three JT Atkinson branches taking part in the promotion will have a six week raffle with six prizes per branch location. One prize will be awarded to one winner per location each week.

The prizes are:

• Ox tool bag full of tools

• £100 JT Atkinson Regatta workwear clothing voucher 

• Ninja air fryer 

• Beats Solo 4 headphones 

• Xbox + Xbox game voucher 

• 55" 4K HDR TV

4. The prize draw will take place weekly on either a Friday or Saturday and the winner drawn each week will be contacted by email/telephone.

5. The winner will be selected at random from all proper and correct promotion entries received by the closing date by the Branch Manager whose decision shall be final. The winner will be notified via Email/Telephone within 72 hours of the prize draw taking place. It is a condition of entry that the winner cooperates fully for publicity purposes if so required.

Standard competition terms and conditions apply.

1.1 One prize entry will be awarded to any JT Atkinson cash or credit account holder who purchases any landscaping items in one of our branches to the value of £500 or more excluding VAT during June and July 2024. Landscaping items are classified as fencing, paving, decorative aggregates, jointing compound, landscape fabric, sleepers, paving cleaners, artificial grass and decking.

1.2 Entry is open to JT Atkinson account holders only including new accounts and  excludes JT Atkinson employees (and their families). The winner will be the named account holder. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required should the prize be won.

1.3 One entry will be granted per customer who spends over £500 Ex. VAT total over June and July 2024. You will be ineligible if the products are returned or the account is in arrears. The purchase must have been invoiced and purchases made on the JT Atkinson website are exempt from this promotion.

1.4 The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize bundles includes: a BBQ, BBQ tools set, a garden hammock, a Bluetooth speaker,  a beer bucket and a crate of beers.

1.5 Prizes are subject to availability and JT Atkinson reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of the competition at any time including prizes. The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

1.6 Prizes can only be collected at the customers nearest JT Atkinson branch.

1.7 Failure to respond and/or provide a valid ID, or failure to collect the prize within 14 days may result in forfeiture of the prize.

1.8 Winners agree to the use of their name and company name for the purposes of the competition.
