OVERVIEW

The Cistermiser Direct Flush is an automatic urinal flushing system that uses an infrared sensor to detect when a user walks away. Once activated, it flushes the urinal, ensuring both hygiene and water efficiency. Unlike traditional auto-flush cisterns, which flush urinals intermittently regardless of use, Direct Flush only flushes when necessary, reducing water wastage and lowering costs. The Accessible version integrates the valve, power options and sensor into one compact box housing, ideal for situations where access through the wall cavity is not possible.

Can I return this item for a refund?

We are governed by, and adhere to, the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.
