Tesla UK neXgen drain off cocks fix the long-standing issue of perished and stuck washers, which commonly cause leaks and delays when performing maintenance on a central heating system. Instead, neXgen’s revolutionary one-piece hardened plastic insert moves in and out of the body and does not rely on spindles or washers. The result is a reliable valve that will always allow draining.

Important: neXgen inserts can only be used on neXgen Drain-Off Valves. Please remove the insert before any hot works.

We are governed and adhere to, the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it.
