Caltronic Electronic Scale Inhibitor is a great high quality product. This Inhibitor protects your home appliances such as your boiler, shower, washing machine and more from limescale formation. This product includes plugs and screws, and uses variable low radio frequency waves. Caltronic Electronic Scale Inhibitor is easy to use, wrap the aerial wires around the pipework and plug the device into a standard socket.

The frequency waves are there to create an electrical pulse in water. A single polarity is induced which will prevent hard scale formation and a reduction in existing scale build-up. No plumbing, maintenance or chemicals are required.

Can I return this item for a refund?

We are governed by, and adhere to, the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.
