The shower offers a perfect combination of a large, fixed head and a rub-clean, anti-limescale handset. The dual control allows you to select the perfect shower experience by giving you separate control of the flow and temperature of the water. The shower is also family safe, as it comes with a thermostatic cartridge with a pre-set temperature of 38°C. This eliminates the ability to select dangerous temperatures and can be adjusted to a maximum of 43°C. There is also an automatic shut-off function in the event of the hot or cold water supply failing. The Bristan Buzz2 Shower comes with a five-year guarantee to ensure peace of mind and is supplied with Bristan’s award-winning wallmount 12 fixing kit, making it super easy to install and maintain

We are governed by, and adhere to, the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.
