The Ludlow is a medium-sized solid fuel or wood-burning stove and benefits from the AGA Active Air Wash System, a technology designed to optimise heat performance and reduce emissions. The Air Wash System ensures that the window is kept clean adding to the stylish finish. The Ludlow stove features a removable shaker grate, ash pan, fire fence and ash tray making it easy to clean.

Orders delivered by our branches are normally dispatched and delivered within 1-2 working days.

Can I return this item for a refund?

Yes.

We are governed and adhere to, the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.
