The Honeywell Home Mobile Access Kit RFG100 is a wireless access gateway and has been created to allow Honeywell Home’s Single Zone Thermostat (Y87RF2024) to be controlled remotely by an internet connected smartphone or tablet using Honeywell Home’s Total Connect Comfort App.
The Remote Access Gateway requires connection to a spare Ethernet port on the users home broadband router using the supplied CAT5e network cable. The remote access gateway is also powered by a mains power supply and requires permanent 230v connection.
There are 3 LED’s on the side of the remote access gateway to give the user information during binding and operation. There is a button on the bottom of the Remote Access Gateway which allows binding of the gateway to the Single Zone Thermostat. Once the Remote Access Gateway is bound to the Single Zone Thermostat, the user can then visit the Total Connect Comfort website to register a personal account. Each Remote Access Gateway is uniquely identified by a MAC ID & CRC code and once registered will allow access from anywhere in the world!
The Total Connect Comfort smartphone & Tablet App is now available to download. The App is available for iPhone/iPad and Android powered devices. Windows powered devices are not currently supported.

Orders delivered by our courier partners are dispatched same-day when ordered before 2pm and next working day when ordered after 2pm or on weekends.
Courier deliveries are normally delivered within 1-2 working days. *in exceptionally busy periods e.g. holidays, lead times can be longer than the norms stated above and orders should be placed early to avoid disappointment.

Yes.
We are governed by, and adhere to, the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.
