OVERVIEW

Fast-acting cleaner designed to quickly remove limescale, black sludge, magnetite and other system contaminants from domestic heating systems. Fernox DS40 is a free-flowing, citric-acid-based cleaner that is ideal for powerflushing and can also be used for separately descaling a boiler component or heat exchanger.

DS40 turns red-yellow to indicate that the product is exhausted and more powder needs to be added. When the clean is complete, add the contents of the included bottle of System Neutraliser until the solution turns yellow.

Can I return this item for a refund?

We are governed and adhere to, the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
