The WQT mobile app is used to scan the sample kit and boiler serial number barcodes and then to enter the sample (site) address using the mobile app’s integral post code look up
Water Quality Test is a paperless process and the mobile app enables you track your samples and informs you of the results as they are completed in real time
Post off your sample. Within a few days, Fernox carries out an analysis of the system water checking key water parameters
The test confirms that the system has been correctly treated and is fully protected, or will advise on the appropriate additional treatment where necessary

Can I return this item for a refund?

We are governed and adhere to, the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.
