OVERVIEW

The BoilerMag HP Heat Pump Filter is a high-performance filter for domestic central heating systems. This filter has been specially designed to protect heat pump systems from breakdown and loss of efficiency caused by sludge and scale accumulation. The patented dual flow technology filters twice on one pass for maximum collection, ensuring that virtually 100% of ferrous oxide and scale is removed on the first pass.

The design of the BoilerMagHP accommodates the greater flow rates common to heat pump systems, with wider 28mm valves that reduce the risk of pressure drops, which can affect heat pump efficiency.

Everything required to fit and service the BoilerMag filter is contained in the box, including 28mm bore isolation valves, installation tools and a spare seals kit. For even greater system protection, the BoilerMagHP can be used in conjunction with BM1 scale inhibitor and BM3 system cleaner.

Can I return this item for a refund?

We are governed and adhere to, the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.
