The Cistermiser Combimate is a compact device that introduces Combiphos into your home’s water supply to prevent limescale and corrosion. It can be used on a single appliance or connected to your whole house's water supply. When water flows through the unit, it ensures consistent contact with the Combiphos, maintaining an even level of phosphate dosing. This can result in lower energy costs and savings on expensive repairs or pipe replacements. The Combimate includes a 800g starter pack of Combiphos, which requires an easy annual top-up.

Can I return this item for a refund?

We are governed and adhere to, the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.
