Under positive pressure testing, the insulated loft access door’s air leakage performance, at Building Regulation Part L’s required 50Pa, is an outstanding 0.00m3(h.m²), making this loft access door a must have for today’s new build home market and refurbishment projects.

The loft entry trap’s integral anti-air leakage seal system also acts as a protective barrier to vapor and condensation.

The selection of insulation performance level of 0.82 U Value also helps house builders and specifiers further in meeting their project’s specific requirements.

We are governed by, and adhere to, the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
