OVERVIEW

EASYGrout joint filler simple to mix and suitable for use on interior and exterior tiled floor surfaces. Features a high early strength, resilient, compact composition. The grout is specifically designed for use with ceramic and porcelain tiles. Not recommended for use on natural stone. Not suitable for use on vertical surfaces.

Top Tips:

To start - ensure area is stable and secure before grouting the joints. Rake clear any excess loose residues and accumulations of water to allow an even and consistent depth of grout to be applied in all areas.

Mixing - add powder to clean, cold water a min of 900ml per 5kg sachet. Use a powered paddle to mix slowly for 3 to 5 minutes. Ensure a smooth lump-free, flowable cohesive mortar. Do not over-mix or create excessive air bubbles.

Prep surface - dampen tiles prior to grout application, avoiding pooled areas. Pour the mixed grout over tiles and spread into the open tile joints using a suitable rubber squeegee tool. Ensure all joints are even.

To finish - when hardened sufficiently after 1 to 2 hours (depending on site conditions) clean the tiled surface using a wet brush or sponge. When mortar sets firmly, use a dry cloth to dry and polish the entire grouted area.

Note: porous tiles (Natural stone and porous, un-glazed tiles) may be prone to permanent discolouration, especially when applying coloured grouts. Always carry out a small trial test, apply freshly mixed grout to a spare tile to determine whether staining is likely. If in doubt, consult the tile manufacturer.

We are governed and adhere to, the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
