The jacket is made of cotton duck, which is a type of woven canvas, that provides a strong and very popular workwear material. It has quilted nylon running through the sleeves and features a warm layer of soft Sherpa fleece through the hood and body, ensuring the user is offered full comfort while working. In addition, it comes with four pockets to the front, with the Carhartt branding on the left chest pocket, and two pockets on the inside with zip closure and hook-and-loop closure. Can I return this item for a refund?

We are governed and adhere to, the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.
