K-Rad Kompact Radiators from Kartell offer style and elegance for your home, while still providing excellent heat output. The type 21 radiators, also known as double panel plus, have a metal panel to the front and the back, with a single layer of convection fins in-between, making them perfect for cutting costs when heating larger rooms. They feature strong brackets that offer open top and deep slots to facilitate secure and easy installation. Each radiator comes complete with a fixing kit and a securely fitted top grille and side panels, and is finished off nicely with a white enamel coating.

When will my order be dispatched and delivered?

Orders delivered by our branches are normally dispatched and delivered within 1-2 working days.

Orders delivered by our courier partners are dispatched same-day when ordered before 2pm and next working day when ordered after 2pm or on weekends.

Courier deliveries are normally delivered within 1-2 working days. *in exceptionally busy periods e.g. holidays, lead times can be longer than the norms stated above and orders should be placed early to avoid disappointment.

Can I return this item for a refund?

Yes.

We are governed and adhere to, the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 7 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.
